I think this is a wonderful idea. Making friends across the ocean and many time zones is a wonderful thing for the world.

I went out at 5:30 today to go to a Health Club to exercise. I walk on the treadmill for almost an hour, and then workout in the weight room with medium sized weights. I am anxious not to get sick or to get too fat as I get older. I will tell you that I am 73 years old.
