Jean,I respect you : Mutsumi Kobayashi

Dear Jean, this is Mutsumi.

I was surprised at the note showing you are having so busy days. How many hours do you work at the college every day? Do you teach a course in something like "technical writing" based on your career ? Cheers for Jean ! Cheers for the college ! And, cheers for the United States !

Jean, is it common for American people to get an working opportunity like you ? I dont think it is going to happen in Japan. At least, I have never known such a case.

I cannot help admiring your positive attitude, the college's posture of acceptance, and a social capacity of the U.S. In the U.S., it seems people can keep their dreams as long as they continue to study. I got to find the origin point of energy in the U.S. to rouse senior citizens for their self-independence. Every senior citizen creates its own possibility in a social environment. I sincerely respect you and the U.S.

The harvest season expecting a lot of blessings from nature has come round. I wish you to take enough nourishment, to recover from fatigue, and to continue your work actively.

I have kept 33 1/3 records in the storage without using for more than 10 years. Now, I listen to the CD's only . I have enjoyed the opera concert only a few times, because I cannot afford the expence of a ticket (somewhere around $200).
Mutsumi.
