American Pen Pal.... : Fran Ollweiler Dear friends, I bring you greetings from the United States, and in particular from the state of Delaware. We are a small peninsula in the middle of the East Coast of the United States. It is very near Washington, D.C., and not far from New York City where my husband and I were born. We came to Dover, Delaware about 4 years after we were married in 1948, but have been transferred many times to other cities by my husband's employer, International Playtex Inc. We have lived in Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, California New York City and London, England. We have been retired here in Dover for the past 12 years. I spend about 2 hours a day on my computer doing different things. I have an iMac that is the joy of my life. I've been a volunteer for SeniorNet for many years, usually helping people with their Macs. I also enjoy surfing the internet and traveling. Dover is the capital of Delaware, and Delaware is called "The Diamond State", because it is small and precious. It is also called the First State, because it was the first state to ratify the constiution. Tell me about yourself so I can learn about you.
