How are you ? : Mutsumi Kobayashi

Hello everyone, this is Mutsumi. The day before yesterday, I got limp in the hot weather (95 degree F). How are you these days ?

Jane, we have not heard from you after the initial self-introduction, so I am anxious to know if everything goes well for you. Did you have a good time with your grandchildren in Texas ? Are you now living with 4 grandchildren in Pennsylvania ?

By the way, I have no grandchild. I am a bit envious of my friends who boast proudly of their grandchildren. As my daughters have no intention of getting married, it will not be possible for me to enjoy a happy life as a grandma.

It is reported the population in Japan will markedly decrease , since the number of women who doesn't want to get married, like my daughters, is increasing. Do you see the same phenomenon in your country ?

Jane, tell me about your town; name, location, population, industry, agricultual products, etc.

Japan has a population of 120 million people in its small land, and its food relys largely on import from foreign countries. So, I have certainly taken agricultural products made in your region. My favorite foods, "TOFU"and "NATTO" are made from soybeans imported mainly from the U.S.

Jane, have you ever tasted "TOFU" ? As Japanese foods are reportedly getting popular in the U.S., I suppose you can get "TOFU" at the WALMART stores you are working for.
I recommend you to take "TOFU" from the view point of health and beauty.

Bernie, how many days do you plan to trip ? It fills me with admiring envy. ( 30 years ago, I traveled in Italy only for 3 days. I hope to go there again ! )
Take care of your health and enjoy the trip !
We are greatly waiting for your trip report.
