This past week has been very busy for me as I am making final preparations for my travel to Italy on September 3. The time is going by so quickly and there is so much to do during the last weeks and minutes. I have started to pack my suitcase but cannot pack clothes until the last day.

Our State Fair, that I wrote about earlier, began today. There are so many different types of food to eat and they are always adding new foods each year. This year they are serving Elk Burgers, and Caribou Barbeque sandwiches. I am sure that there are other foods that I have not heard of before, but so far I don't know what they are. I won't be going this year as there isn't enough time for me to fit it in my schedule. One needs to spend a whole day in order to take in all of the exhibits,etc.
