To Ms. Ollweiler : Kazumi Hiraizumi

Hello Fran, how do you do? I am Hiraizumi.
Your mail gave me interest in your town Dover, and had me used an encyclopedia and a world map after a long time.
The dictionary says Dover is the state capital of Delaware, established by Mr. William Penn, facing on the St. Jones River, and the town has 28,000 population, and many historical buildings and sites .
Dover is seemingly located at the latitude of 39.9 North in the map,a little bit northern latitude of Sendai City, where we live.
I imagine Dover is a town of quiet, cultural environment.
What is the speciality of the town?

Sendai is the capital of Miyagi Prefecture, faces on the Pacific Ocean, and the governor's office is located here.
It was established as a castle town by the general of Masamune Date more than 400 years ago.
Sendai is called as "a city of tree" by beautiful roadside trees, but I am afraid the green is declining gradually in the environment of over 1 million population and rapid city development.
It seems to be very difficult for a small country like Japan to make the development and the environment go together.
The most hot season is coming soon over here.
Take care of the health, and let's enjoy our senior life together.
